RedR’s 2025–27 Strategy sets out our commitment to equipping disaster response professionals with the skills, knowledge, and technical grounding they need to respond effectively to today’s complex crises. As humanitarian needs rise and funding tightens, we’re focusing on locally-led solutions, strengthening capacity in critical areas like humanitarian engineering, humanitarian standards and best practice, and climate response. Rooted in our expertise and driven by the needs of affected communities, this strategy represents a considered step toward a more efficient, equitable, and impactful humanitarian sector.
