هيكل الدورة التدريبية: جلسة مجانية ميسرة عبر الإنترنت لمدة ساعتين 

ما هي لغة التدريب؟  اللغة العربية 

وصف الدورة: تعرّف هذه الدورة المشاركين بأهمية تأسيس الاستجابة الإنسانية على بيانات تقييم الاحتياجات التي يتم جمعها في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة فعالة. تشكل تقييمات الاحتياجات الأساس لتصميم المشاريع وتساعد على ضمان المساءلة أمام السكان المتضررين من خلال مراعاة أولوياتهم وقدراتهم. تغطي هذه الدورة المنهجيات الأساسية لتخطيط وتنفيذ تقييمات الاحتياجات، وتحليل البيانات لإثراء تصميم المشاريع، وأهمية حماية البيانات. 

أهداف التعلم: 

بحلول نهاية الجلسة، سيكون المشاركون قادرين على: 

تحديد المكان الذي يتناسب فيه تقييم الاحتياجات مع دورة المشروع ووصف كيفية ارتباطه بالمراحل الأخرى 

شرح الغرض من إجراء تقييم للاحتياجات في بداية دورة المشروع 

وصف أنواع البيانات التي يحتاجون إلى جمعها لإبلاغ تصميم المشروع 

سرد المنهجيات المختلفة لجمع البيانات 

سرد الأدوات لتحليل البيانات 

الجمهور المستهدف: الموظفون المحليون والوطنيون والدوليون والمتطوعون الذين يستجيبون للكارثة الإنسانية في السودان ويعملون في مختلف القطاعات. 

كيفية الانضمام:  إذا كنت ترغب في الحضور، يرجى تعبئة النموذج اعلاه. إذا تم اختيارك، ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا يحتوي على معلومات حول كيفية الانضمام إلى التدريب عبر منصة زووم قبل أيام قليلة من موعد انعقاد التدريب.

Course Structure: 2 hours Online Facilitated Session (free of charge) 

What is the language of the training?  Arabic 

Course Description: This course introduces participants to the importance of basing a humanitarian response on needs assessment data collected in a timely and effective manner. Needs assessments form the basis for project design and help to ensure accountability to affected populations by taking into consideration their priorities and capacities. This course covers basic methodologies for planning and carrying out needs assessments, analysing data to inform project design, and the importance of data protection. 

Learning objectives: 

By the end of the session, participants will be able to: 

Identify where needs assessment fits within the project cycle and describe how it links to other phases 

Explain the purpose of undertaking a needs assessment at the start of the project cycle 

Describe the types of data they need to collect to inform project design 

List different methodologies for collecting data 

List tools to analyze data 

Target Audience: Local, national, and international staff and volunteers responding to the Sudan humanitarian response working across sectors.
