Mentoring and Coaching

We help establish mentoring and coaching relationships between trainees and skilled professionals

We recognise the value of flexible, accessible learning methodologies that cater to individual needs, personal styles and time constraints, and that can be delivered remotely. As such, mentoring and coaching are core parts of our learning methodologies.

 

RedR has set up mentoring relationships to deepen the learning provided across many of our projects.

Humanitarian Skills for Engineers project in Uganda

As part of our partnership with Makerere University in Uganda, providing training on humanitarian competencies to engineering graduates, RedR has helped to mentor and coach training participants. This has supported the delivery of microgrant projects creating climate-resilient infrastructure, for example floor culverts and water storage tanks.
