Facilitated Training

We provide quality support to empower and equip your team.
RedR aims to provide high-quality, context-specific facilitated training through a range of modalities – face-to-face, andonline – tailoring our broad expertise to the needs and knowledge-gaps of different organisations to promote individual and organisational capacity strengthening. 

We go beyond theory-heavy, technical content, aiming to provide training participants with practical examples and scenario-based learning that encourages trainees to apply their new-found knowledge in real-world situations. 

 Our tailored organisational support helps to strengthen leadership, governance and project delivery. We have provided training for organisations in project cycle management, leadership, proposal writing and resource mobilisation – laying the groundwork for sustained, locally led responses. 

Blended leadership programme for SOS Children’s Villages in Kenya

RedR delivered a bespoke training program focused on navigating transformational change and effective management to 30 SOS Children’s Villages staff members in Nairobi. The learning programme combined a preparatory 3-hour virtual session and culminated with a 2-day face-to-face training.

Targeted online training to local NGOs in Mali

We delivered 45 hours of online training, in French, on Monitoring & Evaluation, Proposal Writing for Resource Mobilisation and Human Resources, to 51 staff from local organisations and Nutrition Cluster partners in Mali. The training was rated as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ by 92% of survey respondents.
