Disaster response is about people. Investing in people is at the heart of addressing complex and humanitarian crisis. RedR offers a wide range of learning and development services. These include training – online, face-to-face, self-paced, or blended, as well as simulations, coaching, mentoring, microgrants, technical reviews, and framework development.
Our training builds on widely recognised frameworks and best practice in adult learning methodologies. We adapt our training to respond to the needs of the humanitarian sector, as well as the learning needs we identify through our Learning Needs Assessment process.
