2024-25 Annual
Report
Explore the impact of our training services for aid workers around the world.
Discover how RedR strengthened frontline humanitarian capacity in one of the most challenging years the sector has faced.
Our 2024–25 Annual Report highlights how RedR equipped 2,698 responders across 72 nationalities with the practical skills needed to act safely and effectively in crisis. This included supporting Sudanese organisations navigating mass displacement, helping Ukrainian engineers keep essential services running, and enabling climate practitioners in Afghanistan and Somalia to enhance locally led resilience to drought and flooding.
Amid global funding cuts and rising humanitarian needs, RedR’s commitment to high-quality, locally grounded training remained unwavering. Through partnerships with engineering firms, universities, and local organisations, and training delivered across multiple languages, our work strengthened local leadership in disaster response while advancing long-term capacity across humanitarian, climate, and engineering sectors. Our work this year reaffirms a simple truth: when crises hit, the skills and confidence of those closest to the emergency make the greatest difference.
