Explore the tasks required during the project planning and implementation phases of the project cycle to ensure a project is successful

This module explores the key elements of planning that need to be undertaken when commencing a project: scope, time, resource, stakeholder and risk. It provides an overview of key tools that can be used for planning projects and allows learners the opportunity to consider ways to improve project planning processes to ensure that project implementation is smooth.

The module is contextualised for the 2023 Türkiye-Syria earthquake response.

The module is a live session that will take place on Zoom.
