Our Technical Support Service (TSS) provides free, expert advice to NGOs and aid workers undertaking programmes anywhere in the world. 

If you’re involved in any kind of humanitarian or development work and have a technical problem in the field, we can offer you expert advice – and fast.

The service provides access to over 150 technical experts who have extensive field experience and have often faced the same challenges. Technical expertise includes:
