Human Resources Intern

The purpose of this role is to support the existing HR team in providing an effective day-to-day human resource service to our UK and international offices through maintaining administrative systems, contributing to HR policies & procedures, and for leading on specific HR projects and initiatives where identified. 

Person specification

The post-holder will have a keen interest in HR or working towards an HR qualification as well as a commitment to our humanitarian aims and values. You will be organised, pay attention to detail, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills including a confident, polite and friendly phone manner.  You will have a cheerful, hands-on and methodical attitude and be adaptable and flexible with the ability to undertake a variety of tasks.

Contract: 6 months
Salary: This is an unpaid position.
