Cancellation policy

  1. Once you have received confirmation of your place on a training course you will be liable for 50% of the fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the course.
     
  2. In the event of cancellation of a training event by RedR, we will endeavour to inform all participants at least 1 week before the course is due to take place. However, please be aware that this is not always possible due to prevailing safety situations and other uncertainties. In such cases, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation, etc.
     
  3. Where RedR changes dates, course participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
