Visa requirements
Individuals requiring a visa
- No applications for RedR training courses will be accepted from individuals requiring a visa, less than 8 weeks before the start of a course.
- No training applications requiring a visa will be accepted for courses of less than 3 days in duration.
- Full payment of the course fee is required along with the booking form before a visa letter can be provided. Payment of the course fee can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
- Payment will only be accepted from the individual submitting the application form or from the organisation they work for.
- Work / organisational email addresses must be supplied. We cannot guarantee that applications will be accepted where only a personal email address is given.
- For those paying by bank transfer, 5 working days should be allowed for the funds to clear into the RedR account. Once the payment has cleared, the applicant will be emailed by RedR to confirm that the course fee has been received.
- Once payment has been received, one official letter will be issued for visa application purposes. This letter will be faxed or emailed to the applicant. RedR cannot fax or email letters to embassies, high commissions or consulates.
- All queries concerning a course application should be made by email, not by phone, in order to ensure a clear record of the application status.
Once an individual has received their visa to travel to the course and informed RedR of the fact, full joining instructions for the course will be sent out.
If nothing has been heard from the applicant with regard to the status of their visa application 2 weeks before the course is due to start, their place on the course will be cancelled.
In the event that an individual does not receive their visa to travel, a refund of their fee will be made, less a 25% administration charge. Individuals should therefore ensure that they are able to meet the conditions for entry into the UK before applying for a course. Information on entry to the UK can be found at www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en
Application forms and fees are non-transferable. If an individual does not receive their visa to travel for a particular course they will need to receive their refund and then re-start the application process if they wish to attend a different course.
