Cancellation policy

Places on RedR courses are limited and we therefore operate a cancellation policy on refund or transfer of course fees. Should you have any further questions about this, please contact a member of the UK Training team on either training@redr.org.uk or on telephone +44 (0) 20 7840 6000.

  1. Once you have received confirmation of your place on the training course, you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation.
     
  2. For bookings cancelled 2 or more weeks before a course is due to start, 85% of course fees paid will be refunded or transferred to another course.
     
  3. No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of RedR. However, we will consider transferring the course fee to another course, less an administrative fee of 20%.
     
  4. No refund will be made for non-attendance on a course.
     
  5. In the event of cancellation of a training event by RedR, we will endeavour to inform all participants 2 weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation, etc.
     
  6. If you are requesting a refund due to a visa refusal, you must provide us with a copy of the visa refusal letter in order to receive the refund. 
     
  7. Where dates are varied by RedR, course participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
