In addition to a UK programme of training courses, RedR runs training programmes in areas affected by natural disasters and conflict, currently in Haiti, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Sudan. 

By working in the field we are able to run training courses in response to what happens on the ground, can utilise local knowledge more effectively and are better placed to contribute to the long-term needs of a region. We make decisions about which regions to operate in on a case-by-case basis. 

We also deliver bespoke training and consultancy services to agencies around the world - last year we delivered training in 20 different countries and delivered specialist training as part of our involvement with the WASH and Shelter Clusters in a further  three countries.

RedR's Recruitment Service has a global reach, placing experienced relief workers from our membership with aid agencies across every continent, particularly following a major global emergency.
