We only recruit candidates from our register of assessed members. RedR members have extensive field experience in areas such as emergency shelter, water, sanitation and hygiene, health and logistics. All Register Members undergo a strict vetting process to ensure they have the right knowledge, skills and competencies to be deployed in an emergency situation.
As part of the assessment, RedR checks professional references and conducts an intensive 4-stage panel interview with expertise in candidate's area of specialisation. This covers:
