Each year millions of people around the world are affected by natural disaster and conflict. RedR rebuilds lives in times of disaster by training, supporting and providing aid workers to relief programmes across the world.
We do this by delivering appropriate and specialist training to relief organisations and their staff, enabling them to respond to the needs of those affected, effeciently and safely. We also help to ensure that skilled professionals are always available to respond to major global emergencies through our aid worker recruitment service and by advising and training potential new relief workers.
RedR believes in collaboration with humanitarian agencies and other organisations. View our list of current partner organisations.
We are honoured to have the continued support of Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal as our President. Read more here.
RedR's trustees are a committed groups of professionals who share a wealth of expertise across all areas of humanitarian practice. Read more about our trustees and their backgrounds.
Founded by one man nearly three decades ago, RedR has since grown into an international organisation, which continues to train and provide skilled and committed personnel to humanitarian programmes worldwide.
RedR UK is part of a federation of RedRs which all share the same vision and mission. RedR International monitors and provides support to this international federation.
